The 2015 series begins this spring with two events focused on inspiring creative community engagement practice in the professions.

April 28th, Victoria, BC

Join other Vancouver Island public participation professionals and learn about their current projects. We’ll socialize, network and build a community of local P2 practitioners!

We’ll also hear from City of Victoria Mayor, Lisa Helps, & the City of Victoria Administration, about the city’s recent citizen engagement efforts and goals on the budget.

Location: Lure Restaurant, Delta Victoria Ocean Pointe Resort

This event is being presented in conjunction with the IAP2 Foundations Training Course April 27-May 1, Victoria, BC.  Contact Dialogue Partners directly for details on the training.

May 5th Vancouver, BC

IAP2 BC and the Planning Institute of BC co-present a social and learning event on “Tools for Planners to Manage Emotion and Outrage” in a variety of scenarios from resource management, growth management, transportation, and cultural diversity based on case studies from other provinces and countries.
