Vancouver Coastal Health won the “Extending the Practice” Award in 2014

You work hard on your P2 projects, but often you find yourself in the shadows. The IAP2 Canada Core Values Awards (#IAP2CANawards) are the way to make sure you get the recognition you deserve. But it’s not an ego trip (well, maybe a little …): it’s an opportunity for others to see for themselves what the best practices in P2 can be and learn something they can apply to their own practices.

IAP2 Canada presents four Project Awards, and three National Awards:

The Project Awards are:

P2 for the Greater Good

Extending the Practice through Creativity, Collaboration and Innovation in the Field

Indigenous Engagement

Respect for Diversity and Inclusion

The National Awards are:

Project of the Year (chosen from the winners of the four categories above)

Research Project of the Year and

Organization of the Year

The Pan-Canadian “Patient and Public Engagement Evaluation Tool” won Research Project of the Year in 2014

That means there are a lot of angles you can look at when assessing your own project(s) for award-worthiness. Have a look at the Core Values Awards Page to find out more, review the Core Values on which they’re based and download the Applicant’s Kit. You could find yourself with other winners onstage in Montréal!
